FISHING:

Deep sea fishing as well as tag and release bilfishing; permits may be required. There are a number of qualified sea fishing guides located on Provo. Charter companies include, among others, Captain Bar Gardiner’s Bonefish Unlimited, Gwod Phrienz, Gwendolyn, Light Tackle and Black Diamond Fishing and Boat Tours, J&B Tours, Hook’em Fishing Adventures, and Beyond the Blue Fishing Charters.

DIVING:

Some of the best diving on the planet!!! These dive operations are very close and will work with you on a villa pick up.

TENNIS:

Hard courts at the Provo Golf & Country Club (1-649-946-5833) are open to the public for a small fee. Located just a short 10-minute drive from Villa Tropidero.

SURFING/KAYAKING:

Surfing, windsurfing, and kite surfing; said by a local friend to be the best, right in front of our house. Wind surfing, sea cycling, kayaking, and parasailing are available under the direction of reputable guides.

KITE BOARDING

KiteProvo is located on Providenciales , a 25 mile long island in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Kiteboarding or sometimes called kitesurfing is like wakeboarding without a boat. Instead of a boat pulling you along the water, you are creating power with a giant sail and that giant sail is a kite.

SHOPPING/SPAS/DINING:

Beach bazaars line Grace Bay along with world class spas and restaurants which are minutes away down our coral road.

HORSEBACK RIDING:

Horseback riding is also available. Provo Ponies offers morning and afternoon rides for those of all experience levels. Riders take the quiet roads, secluded canals, and beaches in Long Bay Hills during a 1½-hour ride, including 45 minutes on the beach. Reservations are required. Monday through Friday only. GOLF:

Provo Golf and Country Club is a first-class golf facility designed by Karl Litten. The 6,500-yard, 18-hole, par-72 championship course has a rating of 71.2 and a slope of 124. Amenities include the Fairways Bar & Grill, lighted tennis courts, and a pro shop. The Fairways Bar & Grill is a “truly unique eating experience overlooking Provo’s greenest gardens.” Open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, 7am-3pm, and open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday, 6pm-10pm.
